Drivers need to pay special attention this evening as well. Trick or Treat hours are 4:30 to 6:30 tonight in the Village of Bradley. They’re 5-7 in Bourbonnais, Kankakee and Manteno. You can find a complete list of area hours on our website and our Facebook page.
