Kankakee City Police are looking into a burglary to a home in the 300 bock of North Ninth Avenue Wednesday. According to reports, officers were called to the home just after one yesterday afternoon when the owner found someone had entered the empty home and made off with copper piping worth some 10-thousand-dollars. The owner said a shed in the back yard had been broken into as well. City Police ask anyone with any information about the burglary call their office.
