Madigan Trial Wednesday

Former Chicago Alderman Daniel Solis is finally finished testifying in Michael Madigan’s racketeering trial. Solis walked out of federal court yesterday following six days of testimony against the former Illinois House Speaker. His cooperation with authorities helped dethrone Madigan and contributed to putting longtime Chicago Alderman Edward Burke in prison. The trial is expected to last until mid-January.
