Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Pontiac

Two Pontiac men were arrested on drug charges Thursday by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Proactive Unit.  A drug investigation led deputies to seek a warrant and then search two homes, one in the 600 block of South West Street and the other in the 100 block of East Grove Street in Pontiac.  Police say they discovered an unspecified amount of methamphetamine inside both homes along with drug paraphernalia.   Under arrest are Patrick W. Vance and Jonathan A. Chambers of both of  Pontiac.  Chambers is out on parole from an earlier case and was wearing an electronic ankle bracelet when taken into custody
