Chaos Task force Strikes Again

The Fairbury and Pontiac Police Chaos Task Force have arrested an East Peoria man on charges of traveling to meet a minor and indecent solicitation of a child.  According to police, on December 19^th, 45 year old Edward Barborinas was arrested after arriving at an agreed upon meeting place in Pontiac with what he believed to be a minor for sex. He had allegedly been chatting with the teen on social media.  The teenager was in reality a member of a private group that tipped off police who made the arrest.
