Trooper Carns Funeral Services Friday

Fallen State Trooper Clay Carns is being remembered today.  The trooper was hit and killed December 23rd by a passing vehicle outside of his squad car while removing debris from a lane on I-55 near Channahon.  The driver who hit him was charged in the crash.  Visitation is being held at Parkview Christian Church in Orland Park until 8 tonight.  The funeral is set for 10 a.m. tomorrow at the church followed by a police escort  procession to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, in Alsip at noon.
