Kankakee Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

Illinois State police arrested a Kankakee man on child porn charges Tuesday.  35 year old Joseph L. Lookingbill is facing three counts of possession of child pornography, a class 3 felony.  Troopers say following a short investigation a search warrant was obtained for Lookingbill’s electronics at his home in the 2100 block of Schuyler Ave. in Kankakee Tuesday where police allegedly discovered child pornography files in his possession.
