Morris Man Indicted for Manteno Double Fatal

A Morris man has been indicted by a Will County Grand Jury in connection with a double fatal accident in March of 2023 that claimed the life of a Manteno grandmother and her grandson.  70 year old Roy Flugradt is charged with six counts of reckless homicide. An Illinois state Police investigation indicated Flugradt was on Wilmington Peotone Road when he allegedly blew the stop sign at Rt. 45.  In all three vehicles were involved in the crash, one was set on fire.  67 year old Barbara Stoll and her grandson 22 year old Tyler were both killed in the crash.
