CHAOS makes another arrest

Livingston County’s “CHAOS Task Force” reports the arrest of a man after he allegedly drove some 122 miles in an effort to meet a child for sex. In a press release, officials say it was just after four Sunday afternoon when Fairbury Police arrested 38-year-old Miguel Angel De Jesus Vilchis of Antioch in Forrest, where he had allegedly arranged to meet a child for sexual purposes. Reports say Fairbury Police conducted a traffic stop on Vilchis, who refused to get out of his car, but eventually was taken into custody after a scuffle with Police. Vilchis was arrested for indecent solicitation of a child and traveling to meet a child as well as resisting arrest resulting in the injury of an officer.
