Bourbonnais Man Arrested on Drugs and Weapon Charges

Bradley Police say a Bourbonnais man was arrested Tuesday following a routine traffic stop near Armour and Arthur Burch Drive for failing to use a turn signal.  While speaking with the driver the officer detected the odor of burnt cannabis coming from the vehicle.  A search was conducted that turned up drugs, cash and a loaded Glock handgun hidden inside.  23 year old Asad Z. Swayzer is facing initial charges of possession and delivery of cannabis and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon.
