Madigan trial Friday

Closing arguments continue in Michael Madigan’s landmark corruption trial.  Prosecutors yesterday laid out two bribery schemes believed to have involved ComEd and AT&T Illinois.  They also discussed two schemes involving the former Illinois House Speaker’s private law firm and former Chicago Alderman Danny Solis.  It isn’t known when Madigan’s attorneys will begin their closing argument.  Jury deliberations are expected to begin next week.
