Pontian Fire battles blazes

The Pontiac Fire Department responded to two fires over the weekend. The first happened just before nine Saturday night in rural Pontiac and involved a large agricultural building. Firefighters from Fairbury, Dwight, Gardner and Odell were among the fire departments called in to help battle that blaze.  Then just after four Sunday afternoon, Pontiac fire was called to a fire in a storage shed that had spread to a nearby mobile home. Pontiac Fire says there were no injuries in either fire and both are still under investigation.
