Former Peotone Police Chief Dies

Peotone is remembering former Peotone Police Chief Paul Farber.  Farber passed away at the age of 76 last Friday following a battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Farber served as Peotone Chief from 1999 until 2005 when he moved on to head the Rantoul Police department from which he retired in 2015.
