Parts of Illinois are bracing for a winter storm tomorrow. The National Weather Service says heavy snow is possible, with six or more inches expected in portions of central and northern Illinois. A winter storm watch goes into effect for us at nine tomorrow morning and runs through three Thursday morning. The Weather Service says we can expect heavy snow, with up to six inches possible over that period with snow expected to fall some times at a rate of up to an inch an hour.
