I-65 Killing Update

Last Friday, a cleanup crew discovered a body along I-65 in Lake County, Indiana, sparking a homicide investigation. State police say the victim, 23-year-old Nelson Daniel Ramos-Rivas, a Venezuelan national last known to live in Oregon, was found in a ditch near the U.S. 231 ramp.  Following an investigation, two people believed to be responsible for the murder have been arrested in Seattle, Washington.  Now, Authorities are urgently seeking the public’s help to locate his relatives.
