A Gardner man with multiple DUI convictions has been sentenced to three years in prison but could avoid serving time if he completes a court-ordered treatment program. 47-year-old Thomas Narwick pled guilty to Aggravated DUI after driving with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit in October 2024. This is his third DUI offense. If he successfully completes the Grundy County Alternative Treatment Court Program, the charge will be dropped. But failure means serving half the prison sentence. The case was investigated by the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office.
