Trial Date Set in Jasper County for 70 Year old Accused Killer

A jury trial is set for 70 year old Stephanie Nagel of Rensselaer.  Nagel is accused of murdering her ex-husband, Phil, and facing burglary and stalking charges. Nagel pleaded not guilty The trial begins July 30th in Jasper Circuit Court.  Phil Nagel was found dead from a gunshot wound in his Rensselaer home on February 24th. Stephanie Nagel remains in the Jasper County lockup
