The Kankakee County Branch of the N-Double-A-C-P will hold the second and last of their candidates forums heading up to the April first consolidated elections. Tuesday night’s forum features the two candidates for Mayor in the City of Kankakee. Local N-Double-A-C-P branch president Theodis Pace
