Gas line rupture causes evacuation

Those living in an apartment building on Plumb Creek Drive in Bourbonnais are back in their homes after they were evacuated Monday afternoon when workers hit a gas line on Plumb Creek Drive Court. Residents of the apartment building were evacuated and taken to the Community Room at the Bourbonnais Municipal Center where they stayed until given the all-clear Monday evening.
