Momence Makes a Drug Arrest

In Momence, police responded to a suspicious vehicle report at Maple and Washington Monday. Officers spotted a passenger with suspected narcotics that led to the arrest of 32-year-old Nelson McCoy of Grant Park. Authorities recovered three small bags that field-tested positive for narcotics. McCoy now faces two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of methamphetamine possession.
