Hoopeston Teens arrested

Two teens are in custody after a video posted to Snapchat appears to show them holding another boy at gunpoint in Hoopeston.  In the video, a boy is being held at a gunpoint, forced to remove clothing, and coerced into repeating degrading remarks.  Another boy is sitting next to the victim, while a second boy recorded part of the incident.  Police arrested three juveniles.  An 11-year-old was released, while two 14-year-old suspects were transported to the Vermilion County Juvenile Detention Center.  The two suspects and the victim all attend the same school.
