An alleged attack on a man early Tuesday morning has landed a Momence woman in hot water. According to reports, Bradley Police were called to the parking lot of a business in the 800 block of West Broadway about 1:30 yesterday morning for a fight in the parking lot. When they got there, officers were told both parties had already left the scene. A short time later, Kankakee City Police and a local ambulance service responded to a home in the 500 block of South Evergreen for a report of a 23-year-old man who was unconscious with a severe head injury. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment, before being transferred to a Chicago hospital where he remains in critical condition. Bradley Police say there investigation led them to arrest 36-year-old Rosa Alejandre of Momence at her home on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery causing bodily harm. Reports say the victim had been hit in the back of the head with a “blunt object”
