Kankakee Mayor Chris Curtis was sworn in for his second term

Kankakee Mayor Chris Curtis was sworn in for his second term at city council last night. Curtis says his administration’s number one priority is the same as it was 4 years ago, public safety.

Cherry Malone Marshall, David Baron, Larry Osenga, Lance Marczak, Victor Nevarez, Kelly Johnson, and Lenora Noble were also sworn in last night to continue serving as alder persons for the city.
