Wilmington Firefighters rescue driver trapped in car

Wilmington Fire Protection District personnel were called out to Widows Road about six last night for a report of a rolled over car submerged in the River. Reports say the car was upside down in the river, and firefighters were able to get the person out of the car. No word on their condition though.
