Bourbonnais looks to add to sales tax

Bourbonnais Trustees, last night, took the first steps toward adding another one-percent to the sales tax in the Village. Village Finance Director Tara Latz

If approved the new tax would go into effect January first. Latz added the Village Board has committed to using at least part of the proceeds from the new tax for property tax relief.
