SHOP LOCAL 2025 RULES

  1. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license or picture identification card.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  3. Employees and immediate family members or other persons residing in the same household of employees of Milner Media are not eligible to win.
  4. Entries will be accepted beginning November 24, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. and ending December 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. at https://wivr1017.com/shoplocal2025/ and at various sponsor locations via QR Code.  Entries submitted as part of this contest may be used and retained by Milner Media for promotional and editorial purposes.  Between December 8 and December 12, the Sponsor will conduct drawings in which one (1) to two (2) winners may be selected from all eligible entries received. Each prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $200.  Participation is subject to all applicable eligibility requirements, limitations, and restrictions as stated in the Official Rules. Void where prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
  5. There is only one Santa Bag winner per household (includes all entries on all radio stations). One entry per winner, per station will be accepted.
  6. The 30 Day Rule that prohibits any one person from winning more than one Milner Media contest in a 30-day period does not apply to this contest.
  7. There is no prize substitution.
  8. Winners must present an ID that matches the information on their entry and sign a prize release in person at the Milner Media main office at 292 N. Convent in Bourbonnais.
  9. Some Santa Bags will include a Sponsor Certificate for that sponsor’s prize and not the actual prize or gift card. These must be redeemed within 30 days. Sponsor will be provided with the winning name and ID must be presented to that sponsor.
  10. Milner Media reserves the right to render decisions relative to the awarding of these prizes and any questions relating to the contest not covered in the rules.
