A shots fired incident in the City of Kankakee last night ended with a pair of arrests. According to reports, City Police were called to the 700 block of North Park Avenue just after six last night when Shotspotter technology alerted to a single shot having been fired in the area. When they got there, officers say they couldn’t find a shell casing or any damage from the shooting. After reviewing camera footage, City Police determined the shot had been fired by someone inside a pick-up truck that had been parked just south of 790 North Park Avenue. A check of that area allegedly turned up a spent shell casing and a bullet hole in the apparently abandoned home at 770 North Park Avenue. Reports say that pick-up was found a short time later in the 200 block of South Rosewood with three people and two guns found inside. Two of the three, identified as 21-year-old Enrique Dias the third and 20-year-old Rodrigo Zavala were arrested by City Police on various gun-related charges
