St. Marys announces news CEO

Saint Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee has a new Chief Executive Officer. According to a press release from Prime Healthcare, Patrick Kerrwood, will begin the position as CEO this Monday at Saint Mary’s. Kerrwood most recently served as Vice President of Operations for Bon Secours Mercy Health at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia and has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. Kerrwood replaces Otis Story Senior, who resigned this past November. Luis Leon was named the interim CEO until a replacement was hired.
