Slick roads were thought to have contributed to a crash Monday afternoon that sent a Kentland Indiana woman to the hospital. In a press release, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the rollover accident on Route 16 southwest of Rensselaer just before one Monday afternoon. When they got there, deputies found 22-year-old Mya Wittenborn trapped inside her SUV. Rensselaer Fire Department personnel cut her from the car and she was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries. The crash is under investigation.
