Fire at Manhattan Wine Bar Monday Morning

A fire early this morning damaged a wine bar in Manhattan. A Facebook post says Manhattan Fire Protection District personnel were called to the Midtown Wine Bar in the 100 block of State Street about 6:30 this morning. When they got there, firefighters found heavy smoke and a kitchen fire at the wine bar. Reports say the fire was quickly put out and adjoining businesses didn’t suffer any fire damage. There were no injuries reported, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
