Kankakee City Police Investigate Shots Fired

Kankakee City Police report a shots fired incident Monday afternoon. According to reports, it was about a quarter past three Monday afternoon when officers were called by a man who said he’d been looking out his window when he saw his neighbor with something that looked like a pistol. The man said his neighbor chambered a round and fired into a nearby corn field. City Police are investigating.
