During this morning’s Kankakee County Board Finance Committee meeting, Finance Director Steve McCarty gave the committee a preliminary overview of fiscal year 2025 finances.
McCarty added there was a time during the summer where things didn’t look so rosy.
McCarty said the preliminary numbers will be finalized following the yearly audit.
