Illinois State Police Arrest Momence man on Child Porn Charges

Illinois State Police arrested a Momence man Wednesday on child pornography charges. According to a press release, 34-year-old Timothy M. Kleinert was taken into custody Wednesday after a search warrant executed at his home in the 100 bock of Maple Street in Momence turned up child sexual abuse material. Kleinert has been charged with three counts possession of child porn depicting victims under age 13, three counts of dissemination, among other charges. Kleinert is being held at the Jerome Combs Detention Center pending his first court appearance.
