Over 60 Guns Stolen in Rural Manteno

Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police report a burglary of a home in rural Manteno Saturday morning. According to reports, deputies were called out to a home on 7000 West North Road in Manteno right around 10:30 Saturday morning for a residential burglary. When deputies arrived, they were told over sixty firearms and a Ford F-150 pickup truck had been taken. The truck was located the next day by the Will County Sheriff’s Office in Elwood.
