A resolution was passed at Monday night’s Kankakee City Council meeting to begin phase two engineering for the Riverfront Trail Project. Mayor Chris Curtis says phase one engineering was just completed.
About 344-thousand dollars of that grant will be used for phase two engineering of the Riverfront Trail project.
