Bradley Police report stolen license plate arrest

Bradley Police announce the arrest of a Kankakee man sometime last Thursday after he was allegedly found to be in possession of stolen license plates on the car he was driving. According to reports, 32-year-old Brett E. Magruder and his Oldsmobile sedan with allegedly stolen plates, were seen in a parking lot in the 2000 Block of North Bradley Boulevard. Police approached Magruder, who immediately fled on foot while dropping merchandise from the store he just walked out of. Officers caught up with Magruder and placed him under arrest. The merchandise Magruder dropped was allegedly stolen. Magruder was charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding, possession of stolen license plates, retail theft, among several other charges.
