Attorneys for the man found guilty of the Delphi murders want to argue an appeal in front of a judge. Richard Allen’s attorneys filed a new brief in the Indiana court of Appeals this week- arguing Allen’s constitutional rights were violated and he should be given a new trial. The Indiana Court of Appeals must now decide whether oral argument will be heard before ruling on Allen’s appeal. Allen is currently serving a 130-year prison sentence for the 2017 murders of 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German in Delphi.
