Manteno Police report arrest

Manteno Police report the arrest of a 44-year-old man on child sex charges. In a press release, Manteno Police say Matthew T. McClain of Manteno was arrested Monday following a lengthy investigation involving several local agencies and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Manteno Police didn’t provide much detail, except to say McClain was arrested on charges that include indecent solicitation of a minor, sexual exploitation of a child and grooming. Law enforcement officials say the investigation continues
