ISP on the lookout for the “fatal four”

With Labor Day weekend upon us, people will be hitting the roadways to celebrate the end of summer with family and friends. Illinois State Police Trooper Jayme Bufford says the ISP will be hitting the road with extra patrols, looking out for what they call the fatal four

Trooper Bufford also wants to remind you that if you see an emergency vehicle on the side of the road with its lights flashing, it’s state law that you have to slow down and move over to give them room. It’s thought some 48-million people will travel 50 miles or more over the Labor Day Holiday weekend.
