The Village of Manteno is mourning the passing of former Village trustee Wendell Phillips.
Phillips serves on the Manteno Village Board for 14 years, from 2011 until 2025. The Manteno Village Hall has been draped with black bunting in honor of his passing. Funeral arrangements have not been released at this time.
