The bids for the work to be done on the Animal Control Building, the County Highway building, the County Administration Building and the old Veteran’s Assistance Commission Building in downtown Kankakee comes to a total of a little over 800-thousand dollars with the lowest bid on each project coming from Langlois Roofing.
