Alleged Retail Theft in Bradley Thursday

Bradley Police report two arrests connected to an alleged retail theft Thursday. According to police reports, officers were called to a business in the 2000 Block of North Bradley Boulevard around 11:30 Thursday morning. When officers arrived, they saw a man and woman leaving the business who matched the caller’s description and detained them. The two were identified as 57-year-old Raymond M. Spence and 43-year-old Katrina K. Shelby, both of Bourbonnais. Staff from the business positively identified the two as the alleged offenders. During a search of the pair, cutting tools were located on Spence. He was charged with possession of burglary tools. Both were also charged with retail theft.
