At Monday night’s Manteno Village Board meeting, the possibility of appointing an Interim Village Administrator until the position is filled permanently was discussed. Mayor Annette LaMore spoke in favor of the idea.
Mayor LaMore couldn’t say exactly when an interim administrator will be appointed. Manteno has been without a Village Administrator since Chris LaRocque retired at the end of August.
