A Lowell, Indiana woman has been charged with 42 felonies and 3 misdemeanors Following 3-year Investigation. During a press conference today Indiana State Sergeant Glen Fifield said 41-year-old Heather Ann Textor, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon by the Lowell Police Department and incarcerated at the Lake County Jail where she faces the following charges.
According to a press release, evidence indicates that the Textor repeatedly misrepresented her role within a Merrillville law firm and created fraudulent court documents, causing clients to believe legal services had been completed when they had not.
