Man Shot in Rural Pembroke Township

Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police were called to a local hospital Monday afternoon for a report a man that had been shot in the leg. According to reports, the man showed up in the emergency room of a local hospital just after four yesterday afternoon and told deputies he’d been on a tractor in rural Pembroke Township when he was shot in the thigh, but wouldn’t provide police with any more information.
