The Village of Manteno’s summer concert series kicks off tonight with “Rockin’ on the Square” at the Square on Second. Manteno’s Marketing and Community Relations Director Sarah Marion says the festivities start off with the annual golf cart parade.
Marion says refreshments will be available, but you might want to take along a lawn chair.
