State Police arrest Chicago man on I-57 at Bourbonnais Parkway

Illinois State Police report the arrest of a Chicago man after he led troopers on a chase on I57. According to reports, it was just before eight last night troopers tried to stop the car driven by 23-year-old Henry F. Franklin for speeding on the interstate near Ashkum. Troopers say Franklin took off, but was taken into custody when he crashed trying to get off the interstate at Bourbonnais Parkway. Franklin was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon, speeding in a work zone along with other gun and traffic related charges.
