The White County, Indiana Prosecutors Office has ruled a fatal police shooting on June 15 th was justified and the sheriff deputy who fired the fatal round will not be charged. 56 year old Terry Boyd was killed last month when he opened fire on police who were attempting to serve an arrest warrant. When officers entered the home Boyd fired with police returning fire, killing Boyd. One officer was also injured in the exchange.
