A proposed 21 unit Townhome complex slated for 1.8 acres of land at Cardinal Drive and Signature Street in Bradley is still in question after it got the cold shoulder from the Bradley Planning and Zoning Commission this week. A vote to issue a special use permit for pre-development plans was defeated 7 to 0. Concerns were raised about the size of the project and its proximity to other townhomes in the immediate area and about emergency vehicle access to the complex. The planning board is only advisory and the Daily Journal reports the matter is expected to come before the full board on Monday night for a vote.
