Woodland Man Arrested on Sex Charges

A Woodland man has been arrested after allegedly raping a 16 year old co-worker in the back of a delivery truck.  Isaiah R. Allen was arrested Monday on charges of aggravated criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.  The victim reported the assault to police in June.  Allen has reportedly told police he knew she was just 16, but had sex with her anyway.
